Minar-e-Pakistan is an important monument of pakistan. It is situated in the iqbal park,Lahore. It stands at the place where the pakistan resolution was passed. The resolution was passed at the meeting of all india muslim league held on march 23,1940. It is a symbol of the unity of the muslim of the sub-continent (inia of pakistan). its heightis 196 Feet. It is a masterpiece of modren architecture. There are a number of decorated plaques in its lowest part. Some of the plaquse carry the sayings of the Quaid-e-Azam. A plaques has ninety nine name of allah almighty. And a plaques bears the text of pakistan movement. Minar-e-Pakistan reminds us the great struggle of our fore-father for Pakistan.
